Greg Gennuso

Greg is the driving force behind the scenes at Cool Home Loans, where he has led operations for the past three years. With over a decade of mortgage experience, Greg began his career as a loan officer and has since gained hands-on knowledge across every facet of the mortgage business. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, his two Great Pyrenees dogs, and his three cats.

Jacob Setar

Jacob has been with the Cool Home loans team since 2024 and has been in the mortgage industry since 2021, beginning his career shortly after graduating from High School. With a background in competitive hockey, Jacob brings the same discipline and work ethic he developed on the ice into his business. He believes trust is built through transparency, communication and follow through bringing his goals to make the home buying process simple, educational and stress free. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys staying active, golfing, going to the gym and spending quality time with his friends and family. He values growth, discipline and building strong relationships, both personally and professionally.

Matt Gee

Loan Officer

Matt Gee is a Verona, PA–based loan officer just outside Pittsburgh—a place he proudly calls home. After years of working in appraisal management, Matt decided to bet on himself and put his future fully in his own hands by becoming a loan officer, building his own business and brand with the support of Cool Home Loans. He works with everyone from first-time homebuyers navigating student loans and tight budgets to seasoned professionals and retirees ready to downsize, and he’s known for his calm, steady presence when the mortgage process starts to feel overwhelming.

Matt believes great lending starts with actually listening, and his mix of honesty, empathy, and teamwork helps clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their decisions. When he’s not helping people get into homes, Matt is a proud girl dad, a self-proclaimed foodie who can’t resist a good restaurant or Whole Foods run, and happiest anywhere near water—whether it’s a lake, creek, or beach. His goal is simple: to show that not every mortgage professional fits the stiff, numbers-only stereotype and to help people move into homes—and lives—that are better than where they started.

Dan Levin

With over seven years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator, I bring more than lending knowledge — I bring a complete understanding of the real estate transaction.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from California University of Pennsylvania, building a strong foundation in contracts, compliance, and the legal structure behind real estate. Combined with my hands-on industry experience, I approach every file strategically and thoughtfully.

Before moving into lending, I worked as a real estate agent, title abstractor, and closing coordinator. Having served on every side of the transaction — from contract to closing — I’m able to anticipate challenges early, communicate clearly, and keep deals moving forward.

I work with buyers and homeowners from all backgrounds and have particular expertise helping members of building trades unions navigate complex income structures, multiple employers, and detailed documentation requirements. I understand how to structure these files properly so they’re positioned for success from the start.

For my clients, that means clarity, guidance, and a steady hand throughout the process. For my Realtor partners, it means strong pre-approvals, proactive communication, and dependable follow-through.
